Forecasters say a good chance of snow, sleet and freezing rain in the afternoon and overnight with winds gusting up to 30 miles an hour could make for difficult driving and walking conditions. The Weather Service says total snow accumulations could reach up to an inch along with a glaze of ice.  Two to three inches of snow are possible over Oneida County.
