Murder detectives have arrested a 16-year-old boy along with three men after a man was stabbed to death with a knife as long as a leg, just yards from his front door in Reading.
Passers-by rushed to help the victim after spotting him in Dulnan Close, Tilehurst, at around 7pm on Saturday evening.
Police say he died from multiple injuries, as they appeal for any witnesses who saw a Range Rover fleeing the scene to come forward.
Eye witness recall hearing cars repeatedly smash against each other before a man dressed in black ran down an alley wielding a knife.
The 46-year-old man is in custody, Thames Valley Police s Major Crime Unit said on Sunday afternoon.
Officers were called around 10.10am this morning to the house in Emerson Valley, Milton Keynes.
The deceased and injured woman was found at the address in the leafy suburb. The house sits down a quite close, around three miles from the city centre and less than two miles from Bletchley.

Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Superintendent Justin Fletcher of Thames Valley Police’s Major Crime Unit, said: “We have launched a murder investigation following the death of a woman. “Our thoughts remain with her family at this difficult time. “We are in the very early stages of our investigation; however at this time we believe this to be an isolated incident and a man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. “We are carrying out house to house enquiries, but would appeal to anyone who may have information that could assist us in our investigation to please call 101 quoting reference 43210042051, or alternatively you can report 100% anonymously to the independent Charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Billy Merryweather, 22, of Wentworth Avenue, Slough was sentenced at Reading Crown Court today to a total of 24 years’ imprisonment. He was convicted of attempted murder, as well as one count of possession of a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence at the same court on September 29. Michael Omitiran, 23, formerly of Webb Close, Slough, was sentenced to a total of 13 years imprisonment after being convicted of one count each of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and possession of a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence. He was found not guilty of attempted murder at the hearing on September 29.
