Over 95 lakh healthcare workers given 1st dose of COVID vaccine, says Harsh Vardhan ANI | Updated: May 12, 2021 18:25 IST New Delhi [India], May 12 (ANI): Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan on Wednesday informed that more than 95 lakh Healthcare workers have been given their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine and over 65 lakh of them has been administered their second dose since the vaccination drive commenced on January 16. Vardhan held a meeting through video conferencing with health ministers of Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Jammu and Kashmir and Telangana, to review the progress of the COVID-19 vaccination drive and steps to accelerate it.
