SRINAGAR: The Government on Monday informed that 113 new positive cases of novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), 46 from Jammu division and 67 from Kashmir division, have been reported today, thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 122651.

JAMMU, Jan 10: Admitting that vital Regulation of Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India has not received due attention of several departments and Corporations, the Government has sought Action Taken Report (ATR) from all the Administrative Secretaries within a week’s time. Moreover it has laid stress on extending necessary cooperation to the Principal Accountant General for settlement of audit observations, which otherwise remain unaddressed for considerable period of time.

Jammu: PDP youth president Waheed Para was on Saturday granted bail by an NIA court, after remaining in custody for one-and-a-half months for his alleged links with terrorists of Hizbul Mujahideen.
However, he was whisked away by sleuths of a security agency as he came out of the district jail on being released but it was not immediately clear whether he was wanted in any other case or detained for questioning.
