City of Lubbock to Offer Additional Moderna COVID-19 Vaccines Get our free mobile app Wednesday evening, the City of Lubbock Health Department announced the availability of additional Moderna COVID-19 vaccine doses.  The doses, which are 500 first doses of two-dose Moderna vaccine, will be made available in two timeslots at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center Exhibit Hall on Thursday, April 15 and Saturday, April 17.
