ALABEL, Sarangani, April 28 (PIA)-Town Mayor Vic Paul Salarda presented the milestone of the Serbisyong Smile program of the local government during his Network Briefing interview with Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Assistant Secretary Jusan Vincent JV Arcena on Wednesday.
Salarda specifically shared last Tuesday s ceremonial raising of the Philippine flag and the singing of the national anthem at Sitio Basac, Barangay Datal Anggas here which was once considered as the hotbed of the communist terrorist group, New People s Army (NPA).
