Granville Kiwanis announce GHS college scholarship award recipients

The Granville Kiwanis has a tradition of annually awarding scholarships to a select number of outstanding graduating seniors from Granville High School (GHS).
The club’s focus is to identify students who have demonstrated leadership abilities and have excelled in community service in high school activities and the Granville Community, according to a Kiwanis news release.
This year’s recipients are Olivia Beckett, Colin Voorhis, Adeline Hampton, and Isabella Rodgers. The awards were presented on May 18, during a ceremony at Granville High School.
Olivia Beckett is accepted at OSU and plans to further her education in Medicine and Spanish to become a physician. She has demonstrated leadership in the Spanish Honors Society, Spanish Club, and GHS Student Council and served as a high school mentor, tutor, and captain varsity athlete in swimming.
