HENDERSON, Ky. Henderson County recorded 24 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 Thursday as reported by the Green River District Health Department with 16 new cases in Webster County and four in Union County.
There were 162 new cases in the seven-county district on Thursday with 91 of those in Daviess County, 15 in Ohio County, eight in McLean County and four in Hancock County.
The incidence rate, which measures the average daily cases per 100k population over the past seven days, increased to 71.1 in Henderson County as of Wednesday afternoon, which held it in the red or critical level. Union County and Webster County remained in the critical level at 61.6 and 38.6, respectively.
