Review of Workers Compensation Act | Yorkton This Week

The Workers’ Compensation Act Committee of Review (COR) is seeking feedback from individuals and organizations on their opinions, concerns and experiences with the workers’ compensation system either through written submissions or by attending a public hearing. “The review process provides an opportunity for injured workers, employers, employees and the general public to share their experiences and make recommendations to keep the Workers’ Compensation Act current, fair and responsive,” Labour Relations and Workplace Safety Minister Don Morgan said. “The government believes that stakeholder feedback is important for ensuring our legislation is still working for Saskatchewan people and we encourage all interested parties to provide feedback for this review.”
