PALM BEACH GARDENS – One man shot and killed another Friday afternoon on northbound Interstate 95 near the Donald Ross Road exit at the Jupiter-Palm Beach Gardens border, the Palm Beach County Sheriff s Office reported Friday.  Investigators say that there was an altercation between two adult motorists that resulted in gunfire. One man died at the scene and another was detained for questioning, said the sheriff s office, which took control of the investigation from the Florida Highway Patrol.
