YOUNGSTOWN A local resident has earned an officer promotion with Premier Bank. James B. Cohen of East Palestine has been promoted to executive vice president, deputy chief credit officer by the bank’s board of directors.
Cohen joined Premier Bank in 2013 and has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. His passion for the credit industry and experience in managing the bank’s credit approval, administration, portfolio monitoring and policy have been great benefits to Premier Bank.
“James is a talented individual that brings extensive experience and expertise to Premier Bank.
