Farmington hospital to offer walk-in vaccine clinic Share FARMINGTON Franklin Memorial Hospital’s COVID-19 walk-in vaccine clinic is to administer the Pfizer vaccine for those 12 and older from 1 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 25. Parental consent is required for anyone younger than 18. The Pfizer vaccine will require a second dose 21 days later. Also offered the week of May 24, the hospital will take walk-ins from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for individuals 18 and older to receive the first dose of the Moderna vaccine. Vaccines are provided at no cost, and all are welcome as Maine residency is no longer required.
