BACH moves COVID testing services as demand decreases

A news release says “with the COVID-testing tent move and the relocation of the COVID testing to Building 207, the C Building parking and the C Building hospital entrance are able to reopen. The new COVID-testing site is in Building 207, just off of Bastogne Ave, immediately south of Bank of America.” Hospitals say there has been an increase in demand for COVID testing and a new focus on immunizations.

Clarksville Now FORT CAMPBELL, KY (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Fully vaccinated people can now take of their masks at Fort Campbell facilities. But there are a few exceptions. According to a news release Monday morning, masks are still required in these buildings, regardless of vaccine status: Military Treatment Facilities (MTF), to include Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, health clinics, and dental clinics. COVID-19 vaccination and testing sites. DoDEA facilities. Child development centers, school age centers and teen centers. “In concert with the new DoD policy for mask wear, personnel who are not fully vaccinated must continue to follow all applicable DoD mask guidance,” the release said. “For unvaccinated soldiers, there is no change to mask policy on post. Fort Campbell has updated its mask policy for fully vaccinated personnel. Public Affairs staff with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) announced Monday morning that effective immediately, vaccinated individuals are exempt from wearing a mask indoors and outdoors at Fort Campbell, with a few exceptions. They say masks are still required, irrespective of vaccine status, at the following facilities on the Army base: a. all Military Treatment Facilities (MTF), to include Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, health clinics, and dental clinics; b. COVID-19 vaccination and testing sites; c. all DoDEA facilities; and d. all child development centers, school-age centers, and teen centers.
