She arrived at his bungalow in Ellwood Avenue, Stanground, Peterborough, and immediately faced inappropriate questions, including whether she wanted to move in with him.
Wiles led the victim to his bedroom where she noticed restraints on his bed and immediate texted her manager to express her concerns.
She looked up from her phone to see Wiles holding a knife. He demanded she get on his bed as he pointed the knife at her chest.
Fearing for her life, the victim lay on the bed and Wiles proceeded to tie her hands and feet with the restraints before sexually assaulting her.

A London drug dealer was no match for Cambridgeshire cops out to rid the county of heroin dealers.
Even after the drug dealer rammed their police car, there was no way they were going to let him get away.
They got their man – and on Wednesday he got jailed.
Calvin Shallow, of Melford Road, London, put his Toyota Hybrid into reverse and rammed into the front of a police car after it parked up behind him in Keyworth Court, Huntingdon in December last year.

Adam Merkitt of Great Paxton has been jailed for his part in the violent robbery in which staff were threatened with an axe.

Two men who threatened shop workers with an axe during an armed robbery have been jailed.
Adam Merkitt and Andrew Bluck travelled from Northampton to Hunts End, in Buckden, on November 9, 2019 and smashed their way into a store where they attempted to make off with lottery tickets and the till.
Just five hours later, at 6am, Merkitt apprehended the manager of a shop in Great North Road, Eaton Socon, while Bluck rounded up three others into a separate room demanding they ‘empty their pockets’.
