(CN) Finding a Houston federal judge who called Justice Department prosecutors “blue-suited thugs” and compared the government to the Islamic State in refusing to impose a longer sentence on a man convicted of supporting the terrorist group, a Fifth Circuit panel on Thursday scrapped the sentence and ordered the case be reassigned to another judge.

Salt Lake City will be adding yet another residential skyscraper to its downtown skyline, according to plans announced Wednesday by a New York-based developer.
The high-rise apartment and hotel tower is being pursued at 370 S. West Temple, two blocks east of Pioneer Park, by The Domain Cos., the firm responsible for The Exchange, a new three-building residential and commercial complex nearing completion at the corner of 300 East and 400 South.
