BOSTON A member of the New Bedford Chapter of the Almighty Latin King and Queen Nation (“Latin Kings”) was sentenced Wednesday for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition following an investigation into an armed robbery in New Bedford and a shooting in Boston in April 2020.
Ramon Martinez, also known as “King Razor,” 26, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Denise J. Casper to 40 months in prison and three years of supervised release, according to a news release from the state’s U.S. Attorney’s Office. In November 2020, Martinez pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm.

New Bedford Latin Kings Enforcer Pleads Guilty
A key player in the New Bedford Chapter of the Latin Kings street gang has pleaded guilty in federal court to drug charges.
The U.S. Attorney s Office says 33-year old Jeremia Medina, also known as King Sweepy, pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to distribute, manufacture and possess with intent to distribute cocaine base.
Federal District Court Judge Rya Zobel scheduled sentencing for June 17, 2021.

According to prosecutors, Medina admitted to being an enforcer for the Latin Kings and was a leader in the New Bedford chapter, charged with organizing violent acts and administering violence.

BOSTON A former member of the New Bedford Chapter of the Massachusetts Almighty Latin King and Queen Nation (“Latin Kings”) pleaded guilty this week to racketeering charges, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Kevin Guadalupe, aka “King K-Milly,” 19, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to conduct enterprise affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity, more commonly referred to as RICO conspiracy. U.S. Senior District Court Judge Rya W. Zobel scheduled sentencing for June 10, 2021.
The news release said that Guadalupe admitted to participating in an unarmed robbery committed in November 2019 by members of the Latin Kings in New Bedford. During the robbery, which was captured on video, the victim was chased down in the middle of a busy street, thrown to the ground and kicked and beaten by six members of the Latin Kings.
