COVID-19: Florida A&M Bragg Stadium testing site to stay open

Testing services will continue to be offered locally at nearly 200 locations, including county health departments. The Florida Division of Emergency Management offers a list of COVID-19 testing sites at www.floridadisaster.org/covid19/testing-sites.  Saturday s announcement comes as the state verges on 10 million Floridians vaccinated statewide. State officials have started the transition of the COVID testing to locally-led efforts, they said.  The parking area at Bragg s testing site had been significantly reduced in recent weeks, reflecting the decrease in demand. Statistics for testing at Bragg were not immediately available.  FAMU will be distributing its own news release soon that explains how the site will operate after this weekend, the Health Department said.
