Asuka and Charlotte Flair will defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships on this week’s episode of Smackdown. It was announced on tonight’s Raw that the two will defend the titles they won at WWE TLC on Sunday on Friday’s show. Their opponents have not yet been revealed.
Smackdown will be taped on Tuesday, and will air on Christmas Day as normal on FOX.

WWE Raw Legends Night: Every Legend Announced for Jan. 4 Special

WWE announced during this week s Monday Night Raw that the Jan. 4, 2021 episode will have a special theme Raw: Legends Night. The show will center around stars from the past returning to the Red Brand, headlined by Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair. The company did a similar show, the Raw Reunion, back in July 2019 and managed to bring in an average audience of more than three million fans. That show was headlined by Hogan and Flair as well, but also had Stone Cold Steve Austin present to close out the show.
Alexa Bliss Returns to WWE Raw, Offers an Update on The Fiend
Randy Orton strutted his way to the ring at the top of TLC on Sunday night. Orton gloated about his victory, saying he enjoyed every second of his victory before repeatedly stating that The Fiend is no more. Suddenly the lights started to flicker and eventually cut to black but instead of The Fiend appearing, Alexa Bliss was back playing on a swing set. She named the setup Alexa s Playground, then cracked a few jokes about what happened to the Fiend.
She then explained that The Fiend had simply returned home to the layers underneath the ground. But she then said that once he decides to come back, it will be like nothing Orton has ever seen before.
Liv Morgan On Her Main WWE Focus, Farm Life, Acting
WWE SmackDown Superstar Liv Morgan recently spoke with Alistair McGeorge and said she’d like to do some acting outside of WWE, but she’s focused on winning gold with Ruby Riott.
Morgan recently tweeted her excitement about the Hocus Pocus sequel coming to Disney+ and threw her name in the hat to play Sarah Sanderson. She noted that she’s also interested in taking some acting classes outside of the company, but her main priority is bringing home the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles.
“It’s definitely something I’m open to and interested in,” she said of acting. “I have not ? I have actually taken a couple of acting classes with WWE, but I have not taken any acting classes outside of WWE, which is something that I wanna look in to.

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods saw The New Day s 10th reign as tag team champions end on Sunday at the TLC pay-per-view. Kingston wound up taking the pin against The Hurt Business when, after Shelton Benjamin dispatched of Woods via his Paydirst finisher, Cedric Alexander tagged himself in and nailed the veteran with a Lumbar Check for the pinfall. The former WWE Champion took to Twitter later in the night revealing he suffered an injury during the match and broke off pieces of his teeth.
Kingston shared an image of two of the broken pieces via Twitter, while also writing, Hats off to @Sheltyb803 and @CedricAlexander tonight. I m still spiting out pieces of my teeth. You ve officially earned my respect. Good battle! I m thoroughly looking forward to the next one.
