3,000 fans set to attend National Camogie League finals next month as test event

Croke Park will stage the National Camogie League and Lidl National League finals next month
The latest easing of Covid-19 restrictions is set to see GAA fans returning to matches next month.
From Friday, June 7, 100 fans will be permitted to attend games with that number set to rise to 200 at grounds which are able to hold more than 5,000.
The government also announced that test sports events will be held to trial greater numbers, with the National Camogie League finals taking place on June 20 set to host 3,000 fans at Croke Park.

The donations will support women and girls affected by period poverty across the three counties.
Last month Lidll became the first retailer in the world to offer free period products to those affected by period poverty in stores nationwide.
The supermarket chain has also committed to ongoing donations of these products through a partnership with The Simon Communities of Ireland and Homeless Period Ireland.
