UPDATE: The body of a 71-year-old Bethlehem man was recovered by divers about 11 a.m. Friday near where his ice fishing gear was found on Thursday on Beltzville Lake in Carbon County, the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources said early in the afternoon.
The Carbon County coroner was on scene with the man’s wife and other family members, the spokesman said.

To make this possible and to further address the state’s transportation funding needs, the governor signed an Executive Order establishing the Transportation Revenue Options Commission, which will develop comprehensive funding recommendations for Pennsylvania’s large and aging infrastructure.
