I-80 completely closed in Clinton County as cleanup from big crash continues

LOCK HAVEN A section of Interstate 80 remains closed Thursday morning as cleanup continues at the site of a multi-vehicle crash in eastern Clinton County that killed two people.
The crash occurred in the westbound lanes about 3 p.m. Wednesday but the eastbound lanes now also are closed due to cleanup activity.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation says the highway is expected to be closed until the afternoon.
State police say no details of the crash will be released until the cleanup is completed.
The detour PennDOT established until I-80 reopens utilizes Interstate 180 and Route 220 between the Milton and Lock Haven interchanges.

Many driver license and photo license centers to open late Thursday: PennDOT

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced Wednesday that driver license and photo centers in many Pennsylvania counties and the Riverfront Office Center in Harrisburg will have delayed openings Thursday due to weather conditions.
According to the press release, PennDOT Driver License and Photo License Centers in the following counties will open by 11:30 a.m. Thursday: Adams, Allegheny, Bedford, Berks, Blair, Bradford, Bucks, Cambria, Carbon, Centre, Chester, Clearfield, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mifflin, Monroe, Montgomery, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland, Perry, Philadelphia, Pike, Schuylkill, Snyder, Somerset, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Washington, Wayne, Westmoreland, Wyoming, and York.
