Prosecutor: Jersey City man charged with fatal early morning Fairview hit-and-run

Danny Vasquez, 24, of Jersey City, was charged with one count of second-degree leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and one count of third-degree endangering an injured victim, Musella said in a statement.
Additionally, he was served with motor vehicle summonses for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, failure to maintain a lane, and being an unlicensed driver.
At approximately 3:40 a.m. on Monday, the Fairview Police Department received a report of a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Broad and Prospect Avenues.
