One vehicle crash
LOCK HAVEN Olive Connelley, 81, of Orviston, was cited following a crash along Bellefonte Avenue on April 30 at 1:42 p.m., Lock Haven City Police said.
Connelley was traveling east on the roadway when she saw traffic stopped. Connelley did not have enough time to react and drove off the roadway, striking a sign at Brite Laundry, police said.
Possession of marijuana
LOCK HAVEN While conduction a house check in the 10 block of West Main Street on April 23, Clinton County Probation found Christopher Hasting, 18, of Jersey Shore, and a 17-year-old male were smoking marijuana, Lock Haven City Police reported.

LOCK HAAVEN Residents wanting a cup of coffee from Avenue 209 or Wendy’s early Thursday morning were turned down due to a water break that forced a boil water advisory for residents and businesses in the 200 and 300 blocks of Bellefonte Avenue.
Wendy’s remains open, but not serving certain menu items, according to an employee there. Wendy’s offers bottled water to its customers.
Meanwhile Avenue 209 closed its Bellefonte Avenue restaurant and referred customers to their location at the Roxy Theater on East Main Street where they will offer a limited menu from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Saturday.
Two vehicle crash
LOCK HAVEN Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at the corner of South Fairview Street and Bellefonte Avenue at 3:39 p.m. Jan. 21.
Drivers were Heather D. Garman of Lock Haven, and Barbara A. Kessinger of Lock Haven.
Garman was transported to UPMC Lock Haven by ambulance with suspected minor injuries, as was a passenger in her vehicle, Barbara Morse who suffered a head laceration.
There were three passengers in the Kessinger vehicle and one of them was transported to the hospital, police said.
According to police, Garman made a left turn in front of the Kessinger vehicle, which was eastbound on Bellefonte Avenue. Garman will be cited for improper left turn, police said.

LOCK HAVEN – Under the provisions of Subsection 380-85 of the Code of the City of Lock Haven, on-street parking is prohibited in certain areas of downtown Lock Haven until Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 4 p.m. on the following streets:
– East Main from First Street to Henderson Street.
– East Church from Bellefonte Avenue to North Jay Street.
– East Water Street from North Vesper to North Jay Street.
– North Grove from East Church to East Water streets.
– North Vesper from East Church to East Water streets.
– Bellefonte Avenue.
By order of the Chief of Police, free parking will be provided in all city-owned off-street metered parking lots in the downtown during the above times to accommodate those needing to park downtown.
