Dixon Technologies, a contract manufacturer of electronic goods, on Monday saidits wholly-owned subsidiary Padget Electronics has entered into an agreement with HMD India for manufacturing Nokia smartphones. New Delhi: Electronics maker Dixon Technologies said Monday it has entered into an agreement to manufacture smartphones for Motorola, pushing its shares up over 5%.
“Dixon s wholly owned subsidiary- Padget Electronics has signed an agreement with Motorola for manufacturing of smartphones. The products will be manufactured at Padget s manufacturing facility situated at Noida, Uttar Pradesh,” the company said in an exchange filing on Monday.
