Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program 2021/22

Program Overview The Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program (Fulbright TEA) is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. The 2021-2022 program will mark the 24 th year of the Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program (formerly the Teaching Excellence Awards program) and the third year the program will be known as the Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program.  Eligible countries for the Fulbright TEA Program Media Literacy program are Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Teachers are nominated to participate in the Fulbright TEA Program based on their educational experience, academic training, leadership and professional experience.   All in-coming passengers who are already in transit from the UK and all those who have been to the UK will be undergo stricter quarantine and testing protocols for 14 days upon arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminals and other international airports in the country starting at 12:01 AM of December 24, 2020.   Public Affairs Office head Connie Bungag of the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said passengers who will arrived at NAIA will be isolated for 14 days quarantine in isolation area at NAIA and those who arrived in Clark International Airport quarantined at the Athlete’s Village in the New Clark City.
