In a letter, the former Chief Minister said that the statement made by Usmani at an event in Pune on January 30 was against the Hindu community and was meant to disrupt communal harmony . The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Tuesday arrested former assistant director and Sushant’s friend Rishikesh Pawar in connection with late Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. The cops confirmed that Pawar was absconding from the last 30 days and the Mumbai sessions court last month rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Rishikesh Pawar in the drugs case, probed by the NCB.
Since then, NCB officials had been searching for Rishikesh Pawar. The man was earlier questioned by the NCB in September 2020, along with others associated with the late actor. It is believed that Pawar played a major role in supplying drugs to late Sushant Singh Rajput just a month before the latter died.

Mumbai, Feb 03: The Narcotics Control Bureau has arrested an assistant director, Rishikesh Pawar in connection with the alleged drug angle in the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.

The NCB officials claimed that Pawar was allegedly procuring and supplying drugs to the late actor. He was Rajput s friend and was also part of some of the late actor s projects.
The NCB had summoned Pawar earlier, but he had not responded to the summons. He pre-arrest bail was rejected last month. Pawar was earlier questioned by the NCB on September 1 last year.

Pawar worked as an assistant director in Sushant Singh Rajput’s company Dream Project from 2018 to 2019.
So far, the NCB has arrested around 30 people in the drugs probe related to actor Sushant Singh Rajput s death.
Sushant was found dead at his residence in Mumbai on June 14, 2020.
New Delhi: In the drugs probe related to late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested assistant director Rishikesh Pawar on Tuesday (February 2). The central agency revealed on Wednesday that Pawar allegedly supplied ganja and hashish to the late actor.
As per reports, Pawar allegedly played an instrumental role in supplying drugs to Sushant. During the lockdown, Sushant’s house help Dipesh Sawant used to order drugs from Pawar. The NCB has also found several pictures of different kinds of drugs on the assistant director’s laptop, the sources said.
