After almost one year, the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, Germany will officially re-open next week on March 16. It was closed because you know why. And, like all public places in Germany, visitors will need to wear masks to help prevent spreading the coronavirus virus. It s a very small price to pay in order to experience what s unquestionably one of the coolest official automaker museums on the planet. The museum s staff didn t all just sit at home and do nothing over the past several months but instead took part in several building upgrades. For instance, we changed some of the exhibits, undertook modernization work, and installed new interactive stations, explains Achim Stejskal, the museum s director.

Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, Germany is set to reopen on 16 March 2021, after being closed to the public for many months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As an answer to the forced closure, the Porsche Museum promoted their digital platform
Porsche 4Kids , and also developed online experiences such as digital live tours.
What s more, from July to November 2020, the Porsche Museum presented their first all-electric sports car, the Porsche Taycan, as part of the Start to Drive Electric exhibition series.
A spokesperson for the museum explained: We always tried to make the best of the past year. We therefore reacted flexibly to current regulations and always acted in the best interests of our fans and staff.
