The reward is being offered by the Prince William County Police Department through a partnership with the FBI. Prince William County Police Chief Peter Newsham announced the reward at a press conference on Tuesday, April 2o. Newsham said that the victim in the shooting, Jahmar Latravern Graves of Baltimore, was working a contact position in the area to support his family.
