BUTUAN CITY, Feb. 18 (PIA) Shedding light on insurgency, Mayor Karissa Fetalvero-Paronia of Sison, Surigao del Norte  is determined to put an end on the persistent insurgency-related incidents in the municipality together with the town’s people and the police and armed forces. “It has been almost 52 years since this country first faced the problems brought by the communist-terrorist groups. In those years, countless lives and homes were lost, many of them were our lumads,” the mayor said during an interview with Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Sec.
