The goldendoodle puppy will be trained as a police therapy dog and comes to the department from Sandusky, Michigan. The 7-week-old was brought to Bloomfield Township police on Monday. The police department is asking the community’s help in deciding whether to name her Allie, Maggie or Rosie.

Bloomfield thief steals about $600 in Pokemon, Magic trading cards View Comments A Bloomfield Township family said they lost about $600 in Pokemon and Magic: The Gathering trading cards following a recent home invasion. Township police said the ransacking happened the evening of May 18 in the 400 block of Fox Hills Drive South. The victim told police someone obviously had broken into his storage unit and taken two large plastic bins filled with his trading cards. Locks were broken on two additional storage places, which also were rummaged through. Anyone with information should call the Bloomfield Township Police Department, 248-433-7755.
