New Delhi: Actor Ayushmann Khurrana’s wife, author and director Tahira Kashyap has opened up about the blues that she has been feeling amidst the Coronavirus pandemic.
Tahira took to her Instagram on Tuesday (May 4) to share a video of herself talking about her current mental state and extending compassion and love to everyone suffering.
In the video that Tahira captioned, “Feeling vulnerable. let’s stick together”, the ‘The 12 Commandments of Being a Woman’ writer said, “You know I often come across captions like found it cute might delete it later . That has been happening to me quite a lot except that I m not feeling cute at all. There is anger, there is frustration, there is despair, often meltdowns and breakdowns and feeling of being defeated and these emotions never make it to my social media but today I feel like sharing and I don t think I m gonna delete

MUMBAI: In a bid to ensure cine workers safety amid the rising cases of COVID-19, Yash Raj Films, one of the leading production house in the country, has taken the onus on itself to vaccinate 30,000 members of the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE). In a letter to the FWICE, Yash Raj Films (YRF) said they have sent a request to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to allocate and allow them to purchase COVID-19 vaccines for these registered workers, who are members of the federation here.

In the wake of India’s raging second wave of Covid-19, Yash Raj Films (YRF) chairman Aditya Chopra has pledged to vaccinate the daily workers of the entire Hindi film industry, reported

YRF, in a statement, has urged Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to allow the company to purchase 30,000 Covid-19 vaccines and take care of all the expenses related to the immunisation programme for daily workers of the industry.
Akshaye Widhani, senior vice president of YRF, said in a statement, With the film industry going through an unprecedented time, there is an urgent need to restart at the earliest so that thousands of workers can start earning their livelihood again and protect their families.
