Cloquet students combat climate change, one tree at a time

Cloquet High School science students and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources partnered to improve their school forest and combat climate change in recognition of Arbor Day on Friday, April 30.

The Tree Committee recently celebrated Arbor Day 2021. CANTON The Canton Village Tree Committee recently launched two major projects related to maintaining existing trees and planting new trees in the village.
“These projects will usher in a new era of care and enhancement of the public landscape, which enhances property values and makes our community more attractive for local residents, businesses, workers, and people just passing through,” said Richard Grover, committee chairman, in a press release from the group.
