The information was turned over to a tribal warden who interviewed the person and enforcement action was taken. Wardens Matthew Koshollek, of Drummond, and Phil Brown, of Iron River, took enforcement action against a crossbow hunter after he admitted to shooting a large 11-point buck in September 2020 and then tagging the deer with the license of a relative. The hunter then shot another buck with his crossbow in November 2020. Wardens Koshollek and Brown took enforcement action against a North Dakota resident after she admitted to shooting a buck without having a license during the 2020 archery season in Bayfield County. By Mike Leischner Jonathon BIshop WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — Court records have identified the suspect tied with Sunday’s police incident in Rothschild that ended with a totaled patrol car and damage to private property. Jonathon Bishop is behind bars on a $25,000 cash bond and facing multiple felony charges including possession of meth, escaping criminal arrest, fleeing an officer, and three counts of taking and driving a vehicle without the consent of the owner. All of those charges also carry repeater modifiers. According to the Village Police Department, a resident reported someone rummaging through a vehicle. When police arrived, they found the vehicle was empty but did notice a nearby garage door was open.

Critical Incident at Weston apartment complex | WSAU News/Talk 550 AM · 99 9 FM

By Chris Conley Police on the scene of a shooting incident in Weston, WI (WAOW-TV) WESTON, WI (WSAU-WAOW)  – Everest Metro Police were called to what’s describe as a “critical incident” in Weston. According to WAOW-TV there’s a heavy police presence at the Oak Ridge Apartments on Ferge Street and Neupert Avenue. Everest Metro police and the Marathon County Sheriff’s Department are on scene. The incident involved at least one person being shot around 3:30am. More information isn’t available. Police say the public is not in any danger.
