INDIANAPOLIS Jeremy Farmer is charged with murdering his father, Roger “Fred” Farmer. The elder Farmer disappeared in late 2019. His body has never been found.
Fred’s daughter s helped investigators compile the evidence that pointed to their brother. Jeremy, 35, is the oldest of three adult siblings. Tricia is the middle child and Christina the youngest. INDIANAPOLIS IMPD has made an arrest in a deadly shooting that happened last year on the city s near northeast side.
Police arrested 18-year-old Domonique Freeman on Thursday, Feb. 4 for his alleged involvement in the death of 18-year-old Randall Jenkins last year.
Former Ben Davis University High School teacher charged with child seduction Lawrence Andrea, Indianapolis Star UP NEXT
A former Ben Davis University High School teacher has been charged with child seduction after prosecutors say he had sex with a 17-year-old girl over a span of about three months in 2019.
Robert Foote, 32, of Indianapolis, was charged last week after a teen told police she had sex with Foote multiple times from May 2019 to July 2019, soon after she graduated from the high school. A LinkedIn page for Foote indicates he had taught biology at the school since August 2012.
Ben Davis University High School, a partnership of Wayne Township Schools and Vincennes University, opened in 2007 and is separate from Ben Davis High School.
Indy Man Arrested for January Murder
INDIANAPOLIS Indy Metro Police homicide detectives have arrested a man for the January murder of 56-year-old James Lewis.
Lewis and another man were found with gunshot wounds inside a home on Spencer Ave. on Jan. 11. Lewis was pronounced dead at the scene; the other man was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
IMPD on Tuesday arrested 21-year-old Romello Mcgee for murder.
The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will review the case and make a final charging decision. Share

An Indianapolis man who police say shot his wife and fled in his truck before being arrested in Arkansas last week has been charged with murder, records show.
Gabriel Scott Galvez Roblero, 38, was charged after police found 24-year-old Karen Galvez Hernandez shot to death in the couple s home in the 6800 block of Mimosa Lane on the southeast side of Indianapolis Saturday. The charges were filed a day after the incident.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the home shortly before 5 a.m. after receiving a report that Galvez called his ex-wife and told her he had killed his current wife.
