Man killed at encampment in Minneapolis was repeatedly stabbed
He died of multiple sharp force injuries, according to the medical examiner.

The medical examiner on Wednesday identified the man as 38-year-old Sedric Lee Dorman of Minneapolis.
According to the release, Dorman died of multiple sharp force injuries at 12:18 p.m. on Jan. 3 at 4901 S Minnehaha Drive in Minnehaha Park.
The medical examiner ruled his death a homicide, noting the Minneapolis Police Department is handling the investigation.
Last week, Minneapolis police said they were called to the encampment on Sunday, Jan. 3, to check on the welfare of a man inside one of the tents. They found the man s body inside a tent, which had experienced obvious trauma.
According to Minneapolis Police, officers were engaged in a traffic stop with a felony suspect near East 36th Street and Cedar Avenue at about 6:15 p.m. .

Authorities on Tuesday identified the man who was fatally shot during an apparent confrontation on Christmas Eve at the Lake Street light rail station in Minneapolis.
Malcolm J. Williams, 29, of Minneapolis, was shot multiple times and died about 2:25 p.m. Thursday, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner s Office.
No arrests have been announced in connection with the incident that unfolded inside the station s vestibule.

Authorities on Monday identified the man shot to death last week while in a parked car in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis.
Keithshon Fairley, 23, of St. Paul, died Wednesday from multiple gunshot wounds suffered in the 2000 block of S. 28th Avenue, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner s Office.
No arrests have been announced in connection with the shooting, nor have police indicated a motive for the crime.
