Workshop on Rice Knowledge Bank at KVK Training Hall, Diphu A stakeholder workshop on Rice Knowledge Bank under Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project A CORRESPONDENT HOWRAGHAT: A stakeholder workshop on Rice Knowledge Bank under Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART) was held at KVK Training Hall, Diphu on Thursday. As a part of the schedule, Dr. Subol Maibongsa, Head, KVK, Karbi Anglong spoke about the objectives of the programme. The inaugural speech of the workshop was delivered by Dr. Kanwar Singh, senior associate scientist II, IRRI, Guwahati, Assam while LR Saha, Lead Development Manager, SBI, Diphu inaugurated the workshop.
