Maldives launches I m Vaccinated tourism campaign

Apr 29th 2021, 15:44 Visit Maldives and the Maldives Ministry of Tourism have launched a campaign to highlight high vaccination levels of tourism staff and safety measures for visitors. More than 65% of the eligible Maldivian population has received a vaccination for Covid-19 and more than 90% of the eligible tourism industry is already vaccinated. Using the slogan ‘I’m Vaccinated’, the campaign is part of a drive for the Maldives to have the first fully vaccinated tourism industry in the world. The campaign aims to reassure travellers that the Maldives is one of the safest destinations and will publicise the effort and investment in Covid-safe measures.
