A serious collision has happened at Stone Hill near Kidderminster. Photo from Google Maps A PEDESTRIAN has died at the scene of a crash involving a HGV at Stone, near Kidderminster. Police have confirmed that a man has died following the collision on the A448 at Stone Hill this morning. A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: At around 9am this morning, we received reports of a serious collision on the A448 near Kidderminster involving a pedestrian and an HGV. Sadly a person has died at the scene. and an investigation is under way. Several ambulance crews and the Midlands Air Ambulance were dispatched to the scene just after 8.20am.

Sherlock Holmes in The Grand Debut
Players are invited to join Sherlock Holmes in The Grand Debut and solve the puzzles to uncover the mystery behind the murder of Lord Harrington at Chapelgate Manor.
The online game can be played by one to six players in one location or multiple locations and costs £20, with £7.50 per game being donated to the charity.
Mike Lewis with his wife Andrea A PENSIONER from Bewdley has made a pledge to show his gratitude to the lifesaving air ambulance charity that saved his life after he fell from a ladder at home and punctured a lung. Mike Lewis knows all too well the vital role that the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity can play in life-or-death emergencies after falling from a set of ladders three years ago. The 78-year-old broke all the ribs down his left side which resulted in him sustaining a life-threatening injury, a punctured lung. Mike said: I vaguely remember asking my wife, Andrea, if anybody was coming and within minutes, I heard the noise of a helicopter in the distance.
