CLOUD  A St. Cloud man made his first appearance in Sherburne County Court Monday in connection with the death of a 25-year-old man whose body was found last November near St. Cloud Regional Airport. Ricco Dejon Tyson, 43, is charged with second-degree murder and first-and second-degree manslaughter in the death of Tyler Ecklund, according to a Sherburne County press release.
