SOMERVILLE, TX â Somerville Mayor Michael Bradfordâs son is in the center of an ongoing criminal investigation.
âIâve seen him, waved at him maybe. See him going to school, or maybe with his brother. I know him when I see him,â says Bill Vyorl, a Somerville resident.
Ethan Bradford, 18-year-old, was arrested Friday, Jan 15. 2020, on five counts of felony delivery of a controlled substance/marijuana to a minor, one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of injury to a child criminal neglect.

WEST MICHIGAN â Earlier this week, Senator Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) nominated 11 Michigan students from West Michigan for admission to the various United States military academies.
These students will be applying for West Point, the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Air Force Academy, and the United States Merchant Marine Academy
âMichigan is fortunate to have so many exceptional students who want to serve our country through military service,â Senator Stabenow said in a press release. âHaving demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in and out of the classroom, I am confident they will represent Michigan and our country well.â

LAFAYETTE â An increase in parking rates along the streets of downtown Lafayette is catching many local businesses off guard.
In effect on Tuesday, parking rates have gone up from fifty cents per hour to one dollar per hour. I think that s ridiculous, says Robin McMillan, worker at Creative Spaces Gallery in Downtown. Times are hard enough right now, we don t need to be going up on other stuff to cost people more money.

WYOMING, Mich. â Wyoming Police is investigating a shooting that left no one injured Tuesday afternoon.
Officers responded around 4:00 p.m. to a report of shots fired and a car crash near 36th Street and Jefferson Aveune SW.
Two men, who according to police have known each other and are involved in a long-term dispute, saw each other while driving in the area mentioned above,
One of the men allegedly pointed a gun out of his car and fired multiple times at the other man while there heading westbound on 36th St.
