The owner of the Little City playgroup franchise company has been told to stop operating in Suffolk for a week until lockdown restrictions are eased - while other counties say it s fine to carry on.
Vicki Fletcher has been told she can continue operating the franchises in other parts of the country - Essex, Cambridgeshire and Leicestershire - where rules appear to be interpreted differently.

Just under 100 positive Covid-19 cases have been identified from more than 400,000 rapid coronavirus tests of school staff, pupils and their family members, according to latest data.
Public Health Suffolk has reported that around 50,000 tests are being carried out per week by family members of school-age children, and that between March 2 and April 23 there were 97 positive cases identified from 409,064 lateral flow device (LFD) tests of pupils, school staff and families.
Stuart Keeble, director of public health in Suffolk, said: “All cases picked up by LFD tests are highly likely to have been asymptomatic, and therefore they would have been unaware they are carrying or transmitting the virus.

Thousands of Suffolk employers are backing a bid to get their workers tested regularly for coronavirus, according to organisers of a new workplace testing campaign in the county.
Yes 2 Test was launched by the Suffolk Resilience Forum to encourage companies to commit to whole-staff lateral flow testing. The tests can take place either in workplaces or by encouraging staff to sign up for home testing kits.
Among firms already signed up are Southwold brewers Adnams, Woodbridge-based garden centre chain Notcutts, packaging firm Berry Global’s Beccles site and Halesworth-based Herrco Cosmetics.
