2 charged in Denver man s shooting death

DENVER The Denver District Attorney s Office filed charges, including first-degree murder, against two suspects arrested following a deadly attempted burglary and officer-involved shooting.
Two people, one of whom was a suspect, died and another was left in critical condition following the incident on the morning of Dec. 28 at a home in the Montclair neighborhood.
About 11 a.m. Dec. 28, Denver Police Department (DPD) responded to a call of a burglary in progress in the area of North Monaco Parkway and East 9th Avenue.

A shooting in the early morning hours of Christmas Eve sent a man to the hospital.
Denver Police said in a tweet the man was shot in the 1300 block of South Navajo Street. That s in the Athmar Park neighborhood, one block north of Ruby Hill Park.
The extent of the shooting victim s injuries was not disclosed by police.
The victim s condition was also not released.
No arrests had been made in the shooting, police said.
Officers are still investigating what lead up to the shooting and trying to identify who the shooter was, police said.

A 17-year-old boy was shot through a bedroom window a little after midnight Thursday.
Aurora Police tweeted the teen was in a bedroom at the Robinwood Condos located 18071 E. Kentucky Ave. when he was shot. That address is just off of East Alameda Parkway near Buckley Air Force Base.
The teen was taken to a hospital, but did not suffer life-threatening injuries, according to police.
Police are looking for the suspect or suspects.

AURORA, Colo. â A 17-year-old in Aurora in his bedroom was shot through a window overnight.
The Aurora Police Department said the shooting occurred around 12:20 a.m. at the Robinwood Condos, located at 18071 E. Kentucky Ave.
The teenager was in a bedroom when a suspect shot him through a window, police said.
He was transported to a local hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Police said descriptions of the suspect or suspects are not available.

AURORA, Colo. â One man died in a shooting following a disturbance in an Aurora parking lot Tuesday evening.
On Tuesday at 7:59 p.m., multiple people called 911 to report a shooting at Mariscos El Rey 2 located at 10293 E. Iliff Ave.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man in the parking lot with an apparent gunshot wound, according to police. The man was transported to a hospital where he died.
Based on initial information from police, there was some sort of disturbance in the parking lot leading up to the shooting.
