SilverCloud Health and HSE to make online therapy available across State Company’s services used by more than 650,000 people globally

SilverCloud Health, a company that has provided online therapy and wellness programmes to millions of people globally, is making its services available to more people locally through the Health Service Executive (HSE).
The company, which has partnered with the HSE on a pilot programme to deliver online psychological interventions for depression and anxiety to primary care psychological services since 2018, is to now roll out its services nationwide from next week.
Referrals for the service will also be open from a greater number of sources, including GPs and Jigsaw, the support service for young people.

A woman in her forties, who was seriously injured in an incident on January 20 last while walking on the pedestrian walkway, between Georges Dock and Custom House Quay, IFSC, Dublin 1, was pronounced dead at The Mater University Hospital today, February 3.
Gardaí await the outcome of a post-mortem examination to determine the course of further investigations in the case.
A male juvenile arrested following this incident has been charged and before the Courts.
Gardaí previously appealed for any persons who may have witnessed the incident or who were in the vicinity of Custom House Quay, George s Dock, Harbourmaster Place or Connolly train station, Amiens Street, Dublin 1 between 9.15pm and 10.00pm on the night of Wednesday, January 20, to contact them.

A woman who was seriously injured in an assault last month in Dublin has died, gardai have confirmed.
The woman, who was aged in her 40s, was attacked while walking on the pedestrian walkway between George’s Dock and Custom House Quay at the International Financial Services Centre on January 20.
She died at the Mater University Hospital on Wednesday.
Gardai say they are awaiting the outcome of a post-mortem examination to determine the course of further investigations in the case.
A teenager has been charged in connection with the death and is to appear in court.
