WOCAP electric bill assistance available LIMA West Ohio Community Action Partnership can assist PIPP Plus customers with their electric bills, central air repair or purchase of an air conditioner or fan. PIPP Plus customers are eligible for monetary assistance if enrolling for the first time or if they are PIPP Default. Customers may also be eligible for help purchasing an air conditioner or fan if at least three years has passed since their last air conditioner. Those eligible to apply include: adults age 60 and older; individuals with a documented medical condition; households that have had a COVID-19 diagnosis in the last 12 months; households with shutoff notices or new service being established; households enrolling in PIPP or that have a PIPP Default.
