Friends of Adrienne Easterbrook, who tragically died last month, have raised more than £1,000 to thank intensive care staff in her memory. Adrienne, who worked as general manager of Energus in Workington, died on December 9 after a short illness. Her friend, Michelle Tinnion, 44, from Dearham, had done many fundraising events for Hospice at Home and was always supported by Adrienne. She had helped with events such as girls’ nights, raffle tickets and finding prizes. She said a group of Adrienne’s friends wanted to do something special for her, for when she came home after being in hospital and they each contributed towards a hamper.
