Noida: In its 70th board meeting on Monday, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) approved a budget of Rs 4,123 crore for the financial year 2021-22. This is the biggest ever budget approved by the authority.
A total of Rs 4,110 crore has been allocated for land acquisition, development work, contribution to Jewar airport, reduction of YEIDA debt and execution of multimodal connectivity works. Under this, while Rs 540 crore has been allocated for the airport, Rs 300 crore for multimodal connectivity with a focus on Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi connectivity, Rs 800 crore for land acquisition and Rs 2,673 crore for revenue payment.
