YUCCA VALLEY PLANNING COMMISSION DISCUSSES FENCES

The town’s development code allows six-foot fences in front yards if the fence does not impair visibility but it doesn’t cover such situations of a fence with mixed materials. Commissioners agreed that the fence in question probably doesn’t meet the intent of the code. Town staff agreed to research other cities and take photos for the commission to review at a future date.
