HARPERSFIELD TOWNSHIP â The new hotel at Spire Institute is still in the plans for the first quarter of the year, said Co-Manager Richard O Dell.
O Dell said there have been several delays due to regulatory issues that have to be worked out. All the architects and engineers continue to work on the project, he said.
