City officials announced that Phase 1A and 1B mega vaccination drive-thru clinic will take place Friday, Jan. 29 at 8 a.m., at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds. Also, the clinic will host a pre-scheduled second dose vaccine clinic for individuals who received the vaccine on Dec. 29, 2020.

The Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District says it received 5,000 Moderna vaccines on Thursday. The district will begin giving those vaccines out this morning beginning at 8 a.m. to people in Phase 1-a and 1-b and its first-come, first-serve. Also, people who received their first dose of the vaccine in late December will be getting a second dose today.
