Rowan Public Health and Emergency Service administering vaccines to homebound individuals
PRESS RELEASE Rowan County Public Health and Rowan County Emergency Service are partnering once again by offering COVID-19 vaccines in-home to qualifying homebound individuals.
The purpose of this service is to reach underserved and vulnerable populations within Rowan County that cannot attend a COVID-19 vaccination clinic due to their homebound status, but are still at a higher risk for exposure and poor health outcomes due to COVID-19. Please note that this service is for any individual who cannot physically leave their home and is not intended as a service for an individual who does not have a reliable mode of transportation or no transportation at all.
